Steal the Argonian Ale.
1 of 3: Check the streets of Whiterun (especially near the open-air market) for a dark-skinned beggar in tattered clothes named Brenuin. Ask him if he's always drunk, then say that you'll bring him the argonian ale.
2 of 3: Enter the Bannered Mare inn and check the cupboards in the kitchen area to find the bottle of argonian ale. (Make this objective active if you need help locating it.)
3 of 3: Go give the ale to Brenuin to get a Potion of Vigorous Healing.
