The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Ask Wilhelm about Reyda.
1 of 5: Go to Ivarstead, then find the beggar named Narfi in the ruined house that's across the stream on the west side of town.
2 of 5: Ask if he's okay to get this objective, then enter the Vilemyr Inn and talk to Wilhelm at the counter.
3 of 5: Ask him what the story with Narfi is, then leave the inn and follow the quest arrow to find an underwater skeleton with Reyda's satchel next to it.
4 of 5: Take Reyda's necklace from the satchel, then go tell Narfi that you found it.
5 of 5: You can then tell him that Reyda's dead, or that she said she'd be home soon. Either way, he'll give you some random rare ingredients. (Note that you might want to quicksave before talking to him, then quickrestore and try again if you don't get something really good, like a Daedra heart.)
