Gather 10 bear pelts for Temba Wide-Arms.
1 of 3: Look for a woman named Temba Wide-Arm at Ivarstead's mill or in the inn, and ask her about her bear problem.
2 of 3: She'll task you with getting her 10 bear pelts. They can come from anywhere, so you can buy them, steal them, get them from bears you kill, etc. (Note that they can come from any type of bear.)
3 of 3: Once you have 10 or more bear pelts, return to Temba Wide-Arm and give them to her to get a leveled enchanted war axe.
