1 of 4: Go to Riften's open-air market during the day and find Marise Aravel standing next to her food wagon. Ask how she can keep the food so fresh, then agree to find ice wraith teeth for her.
2 of 4: You could go explore the frozen northern regions of Skyrim until you find and kill five ice wraiths, but it would be easier to buy and/or steal ice wraith teeth.
3 of 4: There are two places you can go where you can easily steal five ice wraith teeth. One is in Whiterun, and the other is in Winterhold.
