Find [2 flawless sapphires, a mammoth tusk, gold ore] for Madesi.
1 of 3: Go to Riften and find Madesi at his stall in the open-air marketplace during the day. Ask him if he makes his own jewelry, then agree to get some supplies for him.
2 of 3: You'll then need to get him two flawless sapphires, a mammoth tusk, and a chunk of gold ore.
3 of 3: Madesi will give you some gold each time you turn in an item he wants. After you turn in everything, ask if he needs anything else, and he'll give you a random piece of jewelry.
