Disrupt the skooma operation.
1 of 3: Crouch down as soon as you enter the cavern so you can sneak-shoot the bandit who's standing around just ahead.
2 of 3: Sneak along until you come to a large room full of wolves and wimps.
3 of 3: Kill them off, then jump into the wolf pen and sneak down the tunnel to a room with a bandit. Killing him will get you the next objective.
