Return to the Jarl of Riften.

  • 1 of 3: After finishing the "Purchase Honeyside from Riften's Steward" objective, talk to Jarl Laila Law-Giver again.
  • 2 of 3: Tell her you've purchased Honeyside, and she'll name you Thane of Riften and give you a random, leveled weapon.
  • 3 of 3: You'll also have a new housecarl named Iona. You'll find her waiting for you in Honeyside.
