Once you enter the immense "Land of the Jellyfish Trees" cavern called Blackreach, your next goal will be the Tower of Mzark.
4 of 6: In the tower, go through the first room and some large golden doors, then turn left and go around the huge dwarven device until you come to a curving ramp that'll get you up onto it.

Go up the next curving ramp to reach the device's control area.
