Talk to Bassianus or Klimmek.
1 of 4: Use the quest arrows to find either Bassianus Axius or Klimmek, then talk him about Fastred.
2 of 4: If you talk to Bassianus, suggest that he elope.
3 of 4: If you talk to Klimmek instead, tell him that Fastred probably appreciates assertive men, then tell him to be bold.
4 of 4: Follow whichever guy you talked to around until you get the next objective.
