1 of 3: Go to Markarth (via carriage service if you haven't discovered it yet), then go to its west side to find Understone Keep.
2 of 3: Enter the keep, then find Calcemo in the large area south of the exit door.
3 of 3: Tell him that you've been looking for him, and that you've been sent by Mara to aid him.
