Delayed Burial
1 of 6: NOTE: You can't get this quest if you've already finished the "With Friends Like These..." Dark Brotherhood faction quest.
2 of 6: Check the paved path that's just east of the Loreius Farm (a ways NE of Whiterun) to find a jester named Cicero and his broken-down cart. You can either talk to him or to Vantus Loreius at the farm to start this quest.
3 of 6: Talk to Vantus Loreius if you haven't already to learn your two options, then decide which one you want to use.
4 of 6: If you'd rather get Cicero the help he needs, talk to Vantus Loreius again and pass a persuade check. After that, you can talk to Cicero to finish the quest and get some gold.
5 of 6: If you can't or don't want to do that, go back down to the path and wait near Cicero's wagon for a patrolling guard to walk by.
6 of 6: Talk to him and say you'd like to report a crime, then mention Cicero and pass any of the persuade checks listed. After that, you can talk to Vantus Loreius to finish the quest and get some gold.
