How can I get this quest?
1 of 3: You'll first have to get your character up to level 30 or higher.
2 of 3: After you do, you might find a book called Boethiah's Proving in random loot or on the body of a hostile Boethiah cultist who appears as a random world encounter.
3 of 3: Whether you get that book or not, travel to the Sacellum of Boethiah, which is a ways east of Windhelm. You'll get this quest as you approach the Sacellum's lower section.
