The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Place Shagrol's Hammer on the shrine in Largashbur.
1 of 2: Activate the wooden post with the deer skull on top of it to finish the quest, then take the warhammer named Volendrung (absorb 50 points of stamina) when it appears on the deer skull.
2 of 2: Note that the orcs named Lob, Ugor, and Ogol are now available as followers.
