How can I get this quest?
1 of 4: You'll first have to get your character up to level 20 or higher.
2 of 4: After you do, fast-travel around among the towns until you meet a courier who gives you a museum pamphlet.
3 of 4: Travel to Dawnstar and find Silus Vesuius standing outside of his new museum at the north end of town. (Note that you could do that without meeting the courier.)
4 of 4: Talk to him and agree to go inside to get this quest.
