The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Retrieve the hilt of Mehrunes' Razor.
1 of 6: The razor's hilt is being safeguarded by someone living in Morthal.
2 of 6: Go there and follow the quest arrow to Jorgen.
3 of 6: Tell him you're looking for pieces of Mehrunes' Razor, then try to persuade him to give you the hilt.
4 of 6: If you can't persuade him, you can bribe him if you have enough gold, or fight a brawl with him.
5 of 6: Succeeding at any of those options will get you keys to his house and chest. If you can't succeed at any of them, or just want some lockpicking practice, go to his house at the north end of town and pick the lock on the door.
6 of 6: Inside, pick the lock on the chest that's at the foot of the bed (or just open it if you got Jorgen's keys), then take the hilt from it. (Note that if you didn't get Jorgen's keys, it'll be stealing to take the hilt, so do it sneakily.)
