Find Meridia's beacon.
1 of 3: You'll only get this objective if you visit Meridia's statue before you find her beacon.
2 of 3: Travel to whichever area is marked by the quest arrow, then follow the quest arrow to the chest with the beacon in it.
3 of 3: Take the beacon from the chest and wait for Meridia to speak to you and give you the next objective.
