The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Find the priest of Boethiah.
1 of 4: Go back the way you came and exit the abandoned house, then follow the quest arrow to the area where the priest was randomly put.
2 of 4: Kill all of the nearby hostiles, then go up to Logrolf the Willful and talk to him.
3 of 4: Say you're there to rescue him, then try the persuade and intimidate options. If neither one works, use the bribe option.
4 of 4: Once you convince him to allow himself to be rescued, choose to untie his bonds.
