How can I get this quest?
1 of 4: The first time you enter Markarth, stand and watch as a disguised forsworn guy goes nuts and starts attacking people.
2 of 4: TIP: If you attack Weylin before he can get to Margret, you'll save her life. Talking to her afterward will get you a valuable piece of jewelry as a reward.
3 of 4: Soon after it's over, an onlooker named Eltrys will talk to you and give you a note.
