Archery
1 of 2: The safest way to practice this skill is to use a Conjuration spell to summon a weak creature, then hit it with a few arrows. Just remember that it'll turn hostile if it's still alive after four hits, and you'll need to kill it or cast another creature-summoning spell before it kills you (or run around and dodge it until it vanishes).
2 of 2: Note that you can summon a bound bow instead of using a regular one in order to get more Conjuration practice. However, that'll use up a lot more magicka, and may slow down your Archery skill practice a bit.
