The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Enter Sovngarde.
1 of 6: Crouch down and sneak-attack the dragon priest named Nahkriin from a distance as much as possible before he starts attacking back.
2 of 6: He's a very powerful mage, and you'll want to stay back and dodge as many of his spells as you can if your magic resistance is low.
3 of 6: TIP: Even though he appears to be levitating, he'll still fall and take lots of damage if you knock him off the side of the temple.
4 of 6: NOTE: There are two dragons perched nearby, but they probably won't join the battle unless you attack them. They didn't when I played, anyway.
5 of 6: Loot Nahkriin to get his dragon priest staff, then go up to where he was using it earlier.
6 of 6: Activate the dragon seal to place the staff and open the portal to Sovngarde, then jump into it to get the next quest.
