The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Defeat Alduin.
1 of 4: Get the Dragonrend shout ready, then hit Alduin with it as soon as you can.
2 of 4: Run over to a spot near where he lands so you can keep hitting him with Dragonrend every now and then to keep him on the ground and vulnerable.
3 of 4: As for actually dealing him damage, the three heroes and other souls nearby can take care of that for you. Stay back and use arrows or long-range spells if you want to, but don't let Alduin get you, and don't forget about using Dragonrend.
4 of 4: When Alduin's health reaches zero, he'll be utterly destroyed. 'Bout time!
