1 of 3: If you killed Vittoria using the loose statue head, sneak-run back the way you came to meet up with Veezara, then leave the castle courtyard and fast-travel back to the sanctuary. If you can't do that without coming under attack, quickrestore and try again, maybe using an Invisibility potion right after pushing the statue.
2 of 3: If you killed Vittoria with a bow from a ledge, jump down from the ledge and sprint away from the reception area until you can fast-travel back to the sanctuary. This will be much easier to do if you killed Vittoria unseen and didn't get a bounty.
3 of 3: Talk to Astrid inside the sanctuary to finish the quest and get your reward, which will include some gold if you killed Vittoria while she was on the balcony.
