1 of 4: Move down to where you can use the Flames spell on the spilled oil to set it ablaze, then back up and be ready to hack any Penitus Oculatus agents who come after you.
2 of 4: NOTE: I'm sick of typing "Penitus Oculatus" over and over, so I'll just call them the P-O's from now on.
3 of 4: Move into the main cave chamber and kill off the P-O's who are attacking Arnbjorn, who's now in werewolf form.
4 of 4: You can't save Arnbjorn, so go down the passage at the NW end of the chamber to enter a room where Nazir is fighting a special P-O named Arcturus.
