Kill the Emperor!

  • 1 of 7: Fight or sneak your way through the hold to reach the dining area, then go up the stairs to find a locked door.
  • 2 of 7: If you can't pick the lock, head south and kill a couple of P-O's, then find Captain Avidius in his room and kill him.
  • 3 of 7: Get the Katariah master key from the captain's body, then go open the locked door.
  • 4 of 7: TIP: Before you proceed, you may want to go get a unique sword named Windshear.
  • 5 of 7: Past the door, sneak down to where you can turn right or left and go up some stairs.
  • 6 of 7: The quest-arrow-marked door to the Emperor's room is just past the top of the stairs. Go through it and approach the Emperor.
  • 7 of 7: Talk to him and optionally listen to his last request, then pull out your weapon and kill him.
