Put out the fire in the Solitude Lighthouse.
1 of 3: Head down to the lighthouse, which is a ways NE of Solitude.
2 of 3: Don't enter the lighthouse's interior area, but instead climb up its exterior steps to get to its top.
3 of 3: Move up to the large fire so you can activate it to get the next objective.
