How can I open a gate in the Angarvunde Catacombs area?
1 of 5: Go down the tunnel until you reach a large hole in the ground with part of a spiral staircase in it.
2 of 5: Go to the broken-off bottom of the staircase and drop down, then kill draugr as you move down the next passage.
3 of 5: After you go through a large cave room, start watching for pressure plates on the floor that activate large floor-based dart traps. Note that you could use them to damage any draugr ahead of you by stepping on the pressure plates after letting the draugr see you.
4 of 5: Past two such traps, keep fighting your way through draugr until you come to a door that leads back to the main Angarvunde area.
5 of 5: Go down the short passageway to find a lever you can use to lower the two nearby spear gates. Doing so also opens one of the two gates that Medresi is standing near.
