Volsung the Dragon Priest.
1 of 5: Make your way over to the west end of the Volskygge outdoor ruins to find its entry door, but don't go inside.
2 of 5: Instead, go up the stairs that are east of it, then go around to the base of a very steep snowy slope.
3 of 5: Go up the slope as far as you can, then edge around it to the left until you can move up to a large tree.
4 of 5: From there, jump along the nearby rocks to get up to Volskygge's upper entrance, next to which are some stairs that lead up to Volsung's sarcophagus and a Word Wall.
