The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Defeat Hevnoraak.
1 of 2: Hevnoraak is a dragon priest, and is therefore dependent mainly on magic for his power. A high magic resistance would be a huge asset in this battle, as would a follower and/or summoned creature to act as distractions.
2 of 2: Focus your attacks on Hevnoraak rather than his summoned allies until he goes down. After he does, take his unique mask and staff, then talk to Valdar to finish up.
