Bring the Phial to Nurelion.
1 of 3: Go back to Curalmil's room and through the door on its south side to find a door that leads back to the main cave area.
2 of 3: Use the lever that's on the wall to open a secret door, then exit the cave and return to Windhelm.
3 of 3: Talk to Nurelion in his shop to hand over the damaged phial and get 5 gold.
