Frost Breath
1 of 4: This shout hits nearby enemies with a blast of frost that slows them down and does 10/14/18 points of damage for 5 seconds.
2 of 4: One of this shout's Word Walls is at Bonestrewn Crest (Windhelm). Kill the dragon or skeletons that are near the Word Wall as you approach it.
3 of 4: Another Word Wall is in Folgunthur (Solitude). See the "Forbidden Legend" side quest's second thru fourth objectives for directions on getting to the Word Wall.
4 of 4: The other Word Wall is at Skyborn Altar (Morthal). Kill the dragon or wispmother that's near the Word Wall as you approach it.
