The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Ice Form
1 of 4: This shout encases enemies in ice, paralyzing them and causing 2 points of damage for 15/30/60 seconds. Attacking them will break the ice early.
2 of 4: One of this shout's Word Walls is in Frostmere Crypt (Dawnstar). Do the "The Pale Lady" dungeon quest to get to it.
3 of 4: Another Word Wall is at Mount Anthor (Winterhold). Kill the dragon or mages that are near the Word Wall as you approach it.
4 of 4: The other Word Wall is in Saarthal (Winterhold). You'll find it while doing the "Under Saarthal" College of Winterhold faction quest.
