Storm Call
1 of 4: This shout causes a powerful storm of lightning bolts (outdoors only) that'll hit everyone nearby (including allies and followers) for 60/120/180 seconds.
2 of 4: One of this shout's Word Walls is at Forelhost (Riften). Do the "Siege on the Dragon Cult" dungeon quest, or use its directions for getting to the Word Wall without doing the quest.
3 of 4: Another Word Wall is in the High Gate Ruins (Morthal). Do the "A Scroll for Anska" dungeon quest to get to it.
4 of 4: The other Word Wall is at Skuldafn. You'll find it while doing the "The World-Eater's Eyrie" Main Quest.
