One-Handed Weapons

• Blade of Woe
  This unique steel dagger has the following enchantment: Absorb Health 10 points. It also does a bit more damage than Daedric daggers, and can be disenchanted.
  You can get it from Astrid by killing her during the "With Friends Like These..." Dark Brotherhood faction quest, or you can wait to get it until you're on the Brotherhood's "Death Incarnate" quest. (Note that you can also pickpocket it from Astrid if you have the Pickpocket skill's Misdirection perk.)
  
  Bloodthorn
  This unique steel dagger has the following enchantments: Absorb Health 10 points, Soul Trap for 3 seconds.
  It's on the outdoor altar that's reached by going through the Hag's End indoor area.
  
  Bolar's Oathblade
  This unique steel sword has the following enchantments: Stamina Damage 25 points, Fear up to level 12 for 30 seconds.
  It's next to the statue at the Talos shrine that's at the north end of Bloated Man's Grotto. (Note that it won't be there right after doing the "Ill Met By Moonlight" Daedric quest, but may be back later on.)
  
  Chillrend
  This unique glass sword has the following enchantments: Frost Damage 5-30 points (leveled), Paralyze for 2 seconds. You have to be level 46+ to get the best version, which also does a bit more damage than Daedric swords.
  It can be gotten during the "The Pursuit" Thieves Guild faction quest.
  
  Dawnbreaker
  This unique sword has the following enchantments: Fire Damage 10 points, chance to cast Bane of the Undead on killing an undead enemy.
  It's gotten during the "The Break of Dawn" Daedric quest.
  
  Dragonbane
  This unique steel sword has the following enchantments: Health Damage 20-40 points on dragons (leveled), Shock Damage 10 points on non-dragons. You have to be level 46+ to get the best version.
  It can be found in Sky Haven Temple, which can't be accessed until you do the "Alduin's Wall" main quest.
  
  Eduj
  This unique draugr sword has the following enchantment: Frost Damage 10 points. It can be disenchanted.
  It's in the possession of Kvenel the Tongue, who can only be gotten to by doing the "Silenced Tongues" dungeon quest.
  
  Gauldur Blackblade
  This unique draugr sword has the following enchantment: Absorb Health 5-25 points (leveled). You have to be level 36+ to get the best version. It can be disenchanted.
  It's in the possession of Mikrul Gauldurson in Folgunthur. See the "Forbidden Legend" side quest.
  
  Ghostblade
  This unique sword has the following enchantment: Health Damage 3 points (ignoring armor). It only weighs one pound, and has unlimited charge.
  It can be gotten during the "Kill Lu'ah Al-Skaven in Ansilvund" Riften miscellaneous quest.
  
  Grimsever
  This unique glass sword has the following enchantment: Frost Damage 15 points. It can be disenchanted.
  It's gotten during the "Locate Grimsever" Riften miscellaneous quest.
  
  Keening
  This unique dwarven dagger has the following enchantments: Absorb Health 10 points, Absorb Magicka 10 points, Absorb Stamina 10 points. It has unlimited charge.
  It's gotten during the "Arniel's Endeavor" College of Winterhold side quest.
  
  Mace of Molag Bal
  This unique mace has the following enchantments: Magicka Damage 25 points, Stamina Damage 25 points, Soul Trap for 3 seconds.
  It's gotten during the "The House of Horrors" Daedric quest.
  
  Mehrunes' Razor
  This unique dagger has a very small chance of an instant kill on every hit.
  It can be gotten during the "Pieces of the Past" Daedric quest.
  
  Nightingale Blade
  This unique sword has the following enchantments: Absorb Health 5-25 points (leveled), Absorb Stamina 5-25 points (leveled). You have to be level 46+ to get the best version.
  It's gotten during the "Hard Answers" Thieves Guild faction quest.
  
  Notched Pickaxe
  This unique pickaxe has the following enchantment: Shock Damage 5 points. It also allegedly raises your smithing abilities, but doesn't really seem to. It can be disenchanted.
  After finishing the "The Throat of the World" main quest, go up the snowy slope that's directly south of the wrecked Word Wall to reach a large stick-out rock. Go under it, then turn left and hop up the rocky slope until you get near the top of the mountain. Go left a bit so you can jump over to a spot with several ore veins. The Notched Pickaxe is stuck in the mountain next to an ebony ore vein. You may need to push up against it and knock it loose before you can take it.
  
  Okin
  This unique draugr war axe has the following enchantment: Frost Damage 10 points. It can be disenchanted.
  It's in the possession of Kvenel the Tongue, who can only be gotten to by doing the "Silenced Tongues" dungeon quest.
  
  The Pale Blade
  This unique draugr sword has the following enchantments: Frost Damage 5-25 points (leveled), Fear up to level 5-16 for 30 seconds (leveled). You have to be level 27+ to get the best version.
  It's gotten during the "The Pale Lady" dungeon quest.
  
  Poacher's Axe
  This unique woodcutter's axe has the following enchantment: Health Damage 3 points on animals. It has unlimited charge, and can be disenchanted.
  It's in the possession of the orcish bandit in the bandit chief's room in Halted Stream Camp's cave.
  
  Red Eagle's Bane
  This unique draugr sword has the following enchantments: Fire Damage 10 points, Turn Undead up to level 13 for 30 seconds.
  It's gotten during the "Find Red Eagle's sword" Markarth miscellaneous quest.
  
  Red Eagle's Fury
  This unique draugr sword has the following enchantment: Fire Damage 5 points.
  It's in the possession of the forsworn briarheart at Red Eagle Redoubt. See the "Find Red Eagle's sword" Markarth miscellaneous quest. (The sword may respawn on the briarheart's body awhile after you first take it.)
  
  Valdr's Lucky Dagger
  This unique steel dagger has a 25% chance of making a critical hit on every strike.
  It's gotten during the "Heal Valdr's injuries" Falkreath miscellaneous quest.
  
  Windshear
  This unique steel sword has a chance of knocking enemies down when you hit them with a bash attack while blocking.
  It can be gotten during the "Hail Sithis!" Dark Brotherhood faction quest.
