• Dragon Priest Staff
  This unique magic staff casts the Wall of Flames spell (50 points of fire damage per second).
  It's in the possession of the dragon priest Rahgot, who can only be gotten to by doing the "Siege on the Dragon Cult" dungeon quest.
  
  Dragon Priest Staff
  This unique magic staff casts the Wall of Storms spell (50 points of shock damage per second).
  It's in the possession of the dragon priest Nahkriin, who can only be gotten to by doing the "The World-Eater's Eyrie" main quest. (You can't keep the staff, but Hevnoraak's staff is equivalent to it.)
  
  Eye of Melka
  This unique magic staff casts the Fireball spell (40 points of damage in a 15-foot radius).
  It can be gotten during the "Kill the Hagraven Petra" Markarth miscellaneous quest.
  
  Gadnor's Staff of Charming
  This unique magic staff casts the Fury spell (up to level 4 for 60 seconds).
  It's next to Gadnor's body on the large rock altar in the center of Crystaldrift Cave.
  
  Halldir's Staff
  This unique magic staff casts the Calm spell (up to level 12 within 15 feet for 60 seconds) and the Soul Trap spell (60 seconds).
  It's in the possession of Halldir in Halldir's Cairn. See the "Find Rjorn's Drum" Bards College faction quest.
  
  Hevnoraak's Staff
  This unique magic staff casts the Wall of Storms spell (50 points of shock damage per second).
  It's in the possession of the dragon priest Hevnoraak, who can only be gotten to by doing the "Evil in Waiting" dungeon quest.
  
  Sanguine Rose
  This unique magic staff will summon a leveled dremora for 60 seconds. To get the most powerful type of dremora (valynaz), you'll need to be level 46+.
  It's gotten during the "A Night to Remember" Daedric quest.
  
  Skull of Corruption
  This unique magic staff can be used on sleeping NPCs to gather "dream power." When it's used on creatures or awake NPCs, it'll do 50 points of damage if it has dream power, and 20 points otherwise.
  It's gotten during the "Waking Nightmare" Daedric quest.
  
  Staff of Arcane Authority
  This unique magic staff casts the Fear spell (up to level 8 for 60 seconds).
  It's under the counter in the large eastern room in Winterhold's inn.
  
  Staff of Hag's Wrath
  This unique magic staff casts the Wall of Flames spell (50 points of fire damage per second).
  It's gotten during the "Repentance" dungeon quest.
  
  Staff of Jyrik Gauldurson
  This unique magic staff casts the Lightning Bolt spell (25 points of health damage and 50 points of magicka damage).
  It can be gotten during the "Under Saarthal" College of Winterhold faction quest.
  
  Staff of Magnus
  This unique magic staff absorbs a target's magicka at 20 points per second if he has any, and absorbs his health at the same rate if he doesn't.
  It's gotten during the "The Staff of Magnus" College of Winterhold faction quest.
  
  Staff of Tandil
  This unique magic staff casts the Pacify spell (up to level 12 in a 15-foot radius for 60 seconds).
  It's gotten during the "Arniel's Endeavor" College of Winterhold side quest.
  
  Wabbajack
  This unique magic staff has a random effect when used on a target. Possibilities include transforming the target into another creature, killing it instantly, and casting a random spell.
  It's gotten during the "The Mind of Madness" Daedric quest.
