Circlets

  • Diadem of the Savant
    This semi-unique circlet has the following enchantment: All spells cost 5% less to cast.
    One can be gotten by doing the "Running through Shalidor's Maze" Morthal undocumented quest, and the other one can be gotten from the woodchopping stump near Froki's Shack. (Note that the one near the shack will respawn periodically.)

    Mage's Circlet
    This unique circlet has the following enchantment: Fortify Magicka 20-70 points (leveled). You have to be level 25+ to get the best version.
    It's gotten during the "Good Intentions" College of Winterhold faction quest.
