Speak to Gulum-Ei.
1 of 5: NOTE: Before long, you'll probably need to use some sneaking aids like the Muffle spell and Invisibility potions. Stock up now or regret it later!
2 of 5: Travel to Solitude and use the quest arrow to track down Gulum-Ei, who's probably in the Winking Skeever inn.
3 of 5: TIP: Before you talk to him, sneakily pickpocket his East Empire Warehouse key. It'll come in handy soon if your Lockpicking skill is low.
4 of 5: When you talk to Gulum-Ei, you'll have to persuade, intimidate, or bribe him into telling you something useful.
5 of 5: The persuade and intimidate options work like usual, and will get you the "Get information from Gulum-Ei" objective right away if you succeed at either of them. The bribe option requires you to do the "Steal case of Firebrand Wine" objective first.
