Exceptional Ingredient List
Most of the special extra-strength combos are for the Damage Health poison. Listed below are the four ingredients that give stronger-than-normal results. The number in parenthesis is how strong the potion's magnitude will be if you've maxed out your potion-making potential. The other ingredients listed are compatible ingredients, with stars (*) after ones that yield extra poison effects.
NOTE: Jarrin root is a unique ingredient item that can only be gotten on a certain Dark Brotherhood faction quest. You don't have to use it for that quest, which means you can save it and make one single super-powerful Damage Health poison from it. Crimson Nirnroot only exists in Blackreach, and is related to the "A Return to Your Roots" dungeon quest. (If you finish that quest, you'll then have a chance of making two super poisons from the jarrin root.)

The above-mentioned Crimson Nirnroot ingredient can also be used to make superior Damage Stamina poisons.
With Fortify Health potions, there aren't any special ingredients that will increase the potion's magnitude, but there is one that will increase its duration.
