Go to [random person] in [random place] and pick up the item.
1 of 4: Talk to Sergius Turrianus in the Hall of Countenance about College business to learn that he needs you to go pick up an item that someone wants enchanted.
2 of 4: The person and place are random, but usually not too much trouble to reach (especially if you utilize the carriage service that's available near most cities' stables).
3 of 4: Follow the quest arrow to find the person, then talk to him about the item he wants enchanted to get it.
4 of 4: Return to Sergius to turn the item over and get paid.
