Find the copy of [random book].
1 of 4: Talk to Urag gro-Shub in the Hall of the Elements' Arcanaeum area about College business to get him to send you after a random book.
2 of 4: Make this objective active, then go to the random location that's marked by the quest arrow.
3 of 4: It'll probably be a dungeon full of hostiles, so fight your way through them until you find the chest with the book in it.
4 of 4: Take it, then return to Urag and give it to him to get paid a bit more than the book is worth.
