Where are the three cache barrels?
1 of 3: One of them is on the board walkway near the entrance to the Ratway. It's directly across from the door to Valindor's house.
2 of 3: Another one is on the upper walkway that's just east of Mistveil Keep. To get to that walkway, go through the Mistveil Keep Barracks.
3 of 3: The other one is in the overgrown garden that's just north of Honeyside.
