  • 1 of 4: Exit Dragonsreach and follow the quest arrow to find Olfrid again.
  • 2 of 4: Tell him everything's been done to finish the quest and get a leveled magic ring.
  • 3 of 4: There will now be three "thief cache" barrels in Whiterun that work like the ones in Riften.
  • 4 of 4: Other benefits include guild fences having more gold, a new merchant moving into the Ragged Flagon area, and the ability to pay off your Whiterun hold bounty to guards anywhere within the hold by handing over half the bounty in gold.
