Return to Erikur.
1 of 4: Return to Solitude and use the quest arrow to track down Erikur again.
2 of 4: Tell him you planted the contraband on the Dainty Sload to finish the quest and get a random spell tome.
3 of 4: There will now be three "thief cache" barrels in Solitude that work like the ones in Riften.
