Find the Ruins of Mzulft.
1 of 2: Start down the paved path that leads south from the Windhelm Stables, and keep following it along until you're just a short distance SW of Mzulft.
2 of 2: Go up the side path with the stone archways until you reach Mzulft's entry door, then go inside and move up to Gavros Plinius to get the next objective.
