Kill Grelod the Kind.
1 of 4: Travel to Riften and find the Honorhall Orphanage at the south end of town.
2 of 4: Wait until Grelod the Kind is through ranting at the children, then watch for an opportunity to kill her sneakily.
3 of 4: You can do so easily by pickpocket-giving her poisons if you've gotten the Pickpocket skill's Poisoned perk.
4 of 4: Otherwise, wait until she's alone in a room (like her bedroom at night), then equip your best weapon and hit her with a sneak attack.
