Speak to Brynjolf about being Guild Master.
1 of 3: Quicksave, then talk to Brynjolf and use the "so that's it" dialogue option to get the next objective.
2 of 3: You'll also get the Amulet of Articulation and the key to the Guild Master's Tribute Chest. (NOTE: The amulet's Speechcraft increase is random, so you might want to quickrestore and try again if you don't get the 35% version.)
3 of 3: The chest is next to the desk that used to be Mercer Frey's (and is now yours). Loot it to get some items, then check back every now and then to get more.
