Tolvald's Crossing
1 of 3: Go down the passage to a falmer-guarded bridge, then continue to a path split.
2 of 3: Go down the south branch and past a harmless ghost to reach a large cave full of rubble and debris.
3 of 3: Follow the quest arrow to the crown, then take it and dodge out of the way of the battling ghosts that appear. (Hopefully, they'll start fighting each other, and will ignore you.)
