Regain the Pale.
1 of 4: Travel to the Pale Imperial Camp (a ways directly west of Dawnstar) and talk to Legate Rikke in the command tent.
2 of 4: Say you're reporting for duty to get the "A False Front" quest.
3 of 4: After you finish that quest, report back to Legate Rikke to get the "The Battle for Fort Dunstad" quest.
4 of 4: When you finish that quest, you'll return to this quest's previous objective.
