The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
(Optional) Use your new Shout power.
1 of 2: Bring up your Spells menu and click on "shouts," then click on the Unrelenting Force shout to equip it. (Note that this doesn't take up either of your hands like magic spells do. Consider it a "mouth power.")
2 of 2: Close the Spells menu and face one or more of the nearby guards, then hit the Shout key. (Don't worry -- they won't turn hostile.)
