1 of 5: There are no Stormcloaks inside the prison area yet, so you can exit Sneak mode if you want to.
2 of 5: Go through a door and into a large room with some stairs.
3 of 5: Ignore the stairs for now and go through the door in the east wall to reach the prison cell area.
4 of 5: There are four prisoners in locked cells that you need to release.
