Regain Eastmarch.

  • 1 of 4: Travel to the Eastmarch Imperial Camp (a long way SE of Windhelm) and talk to Legate Rikke in the command tent.
  • 2 of 4: Say you're reporting for duty to get the "The Battle for Fort Amol" quest.
  • 3 of 4: After you finish it, report in to Legate Rikke to get the "Battle for Windhelm" quest.
  • 4 of 4: After it's finished, you'll be back to this quest's first objective one last time.
